We started this journey to make event catering seamless and memorable. Mel & Tom
Mel and Tom’s partnership began in an Uber (for real!), and they’ve been inseparable—in life and in the kitchen—ever since. They consider themselves the lucky ones: they get to do what they love alongside the person they love most.
What started as a simple pop-up concept fueled by a shared passion for cooking quickly evolved into a beloved food truck, and finally, the full-service catering company it is today. For Mel and Tom, it isn’t just about the menu; it’s about the joy of being part of your milestone moments. They look forward to bringing that same heart and flavour to your next event, creating an experience that’s as delicious as it is memorable.

Nom Nom Nom is built on a simple, honest promise: to do right by our community and the planet. We stick to local, organic ingredients and 100% biodegradable disposables because we care about what we leave behind. It’s our way of staying rooted in what matters—good food, kind practices, and the people we love.
Giving back
We’re lucky to be part of the Hamilton community, so we do what we can to look after it. That means supporting the teams at Food4Kids, CAMH, SickKids, The Canadian Cancer Society, and many more, while making sure our local food banks and shelters stay a priority. We don’t let good food go to waste—if there’s a meal to be shared, we’ll find a table that needs it.
